Warriors Ground SF was proud to participate in Sunday Streets for the third year in a row!
Each Spring and Summer, Sunday Streets closes stretches of city streets to automobile traffic for an afternoon each month and opens them to people for several hours. Participants are able to enjoy a large, temporary, public space where they can bike, walk, run, dance, do yoga, or do any other physical activity
The first Sunday streets of the year took place on April 10th in San Francisco’s Mission District. Warriors Ground SF Volunteers joined us to help spread the word about the Chase Center, pass out Warriors swag, and sign up new Warriors Ground SF Members. It was great to meet so many enthusiastic neighbors of the Mission.
Thanks to everybody that spent the afternoon with us! We look forward to participating in Sunday Streets again next month in the Dogpatch!
